LOCATION

The Municipality of Villavallelonga is 25km from the exit toll for Avezzano on the A24 motorway (http://www.stradadeiparchi.it/) which is exactly half way between Rome (125km) and Pescara (125km), a city on the Adriatic sea. In summer it is a popular holiday destination, where Romans come together, many of whom have renovated houses and villas, livening up the summer atmosphere.

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE BUILDING
Built in the 70s, it consists of three floors and has different surfaced land on three sides. It is accessible both from the front and from the rear. The rear entrance also allows car access to a door to the first floor.
It has heating and gas connected to the national grid, as well as two extra heaters in each bedroom, meaning the temperature on the upper two floors is adjustable. The building is also fitted with satellite TV.
