Building area for sale (south) - Ex Italcementi, located in Senigallia (AN), between via Nino Bixio and via Mamiani. The property is located near the tourist port, near the historic center and acts as a "hinge" between the Ponente and Levante promenades, is 500 m from the railway station and about 3 km from the motorway exit.The building project for the implementation of the housing development plan envisaged the construction of a hotel, a public square and a building for residential and tourist / hospitality purposes for the southern area.It should be noted that the Convention entered into with the Municipality in 2010 has lapsed, therefore a new convention must be made.
