Charming country house of 1900, former winery, that was restored from a prestigious architect and furnished with precious pieces. Magnificent breathtaking view on the mountains of Abruzzo, like Majella, Gran Sasso and the famous “Sleeping Beauty”.
Strategic position with all the facilities in the range of 3 km (Santa Teresa di Spoltore). Pescara and the sea are only 8 km far; the National Park of Majella is 40 km far. It takes 45 minutes to reach the ski slopes. The Park pffers different paths for excursions to the various hermitages and churches to visit nearby.
