Casa il Pino” is a picturesque restored Tuscan country house. It measures around 330 sq.m in total, over two floor, plus a 200 sq.m of 3 annexes, used as a storeroom or relax area near the swimming pool and lemon plant store. The house is currently split into two apartments, with separate entrances.
- A larger apartment, comprising living/dining room, sitting room, parlour and kitchen on the ground floor, one bedroom and two bathrooms (one on the ground floor and one on the first floor) and wardrobe room;
- The other apartment with kitchen and laundry room on the ground floor. Two bedrooms, one study room, parlour and one bathroom on the first floor.
Inside the property there are three annexes: in the largest one is possible to create a riding room or a cellar for the vineyard. The other annex it’s currently used to store lemon plant and the other for relax area near the swimming pool. It’s possible to put an openair kitchen and outdoor shower in the annex near the swimming pool.

Casa il Pino” has been restored in 2009/2010 and is in excellent condition.
The outside is in a traditional style, outdoor staircase typical of Tuscan country house and windows with aluminium shutters.
The interior finishes are rustic, with exposed beams, terracotta floors and some exposed stone walls. The house is also equipped with an internal alarm system, video surveillance, music, radio, safe box and centralized aspiration.
It’s also available a wood burning kitchen that can warms the bedrooms together 4 solar panels.

External areas
Casa il Pino” is surrounded by large grounds with swimming pool and by its own land, for a total of around 1,5 hectares, within which there is also an olive grove with around 180 trees.
The garden of 5.000 sq.m is well-manicured and panoramic.
The swimming pool is not far from the house, in a secluded but panoramic location, surrounded by olive trees.
