Why don't you by your own Rifugio/Albergo/Ristorante in wonderfull Italy ?
This summer we have bought a hotel restaurant for our daughter and son-in-law (a young couple from Belgium) in the wonderful Italy, in the beautiful region of Lake Garda.
It was the dream of our daughter to start their life together with her husband and young family in beautiful Italy and to fulfill the challenge of their dream, being living and working on Monte Baldo and to run a hotel / B & B / ristorante.
However, the day of the notarial deed came from Belgium the news that our daughter had severely aggressive and malignant cancer.
Away dream and road challenge and start of a new adventure life.
Only thing left was immediately within the framework of trying to survive and cure the cancer.
As a dad I did run the establishment last summer because we still wanted to save our daugthers dreamand. We were very successful (the business exists for more than 100 years, so very wellknown and lots of clients)
But since all doctors make it clear that at least the next 3 years, in no way, it will be possible that our daughter and her family will be able to move to Italy to make their dream come true, I am forced to sell the rifugio/Albergo/ristorante. (i'm already retired and can not keep it open for the next years)
So I hope for another couple that can still be happy here and live and work in this wonderful location on Monte Baldo. There is no risk involved, the price is really below the actual value and the income is guaranteed.
