The small villa has been completely refurbished and expanded in 2008. The forepart dates back to 1800. It is over one level but a cute spiral staircase takes to the terrace through another small attic.

The main entrance leads into the living area that consists of the living room with a fireplace, the kitchen and the dining room; A long library separates the living area from the sleeping one, that consists of two bedrooms (one with bathroom) and a bathroom.

Three porches connect the house with the green and enjoyable olive grove.
It has about 8500 square meters of private land with about 100 young olive trees.
