12 km from Piacenza, in Albone di Podenzano, set in the luxuriant  green countryside of the province of Piacenza and 50 km from Milan (Airports of Linate, Malpensa and Orio al Serio) is a SPLENDID EARLY  1900 VILLA surrounded by its own park with sycamores and chestnut trees dating back to 1912.
The extraordinary strategic position of this villa makes it unique: in fact Piacenza, the nearest town, has always been the most important highway and rail junction of Italy. Any destination can be easily reached either by train or bay car.  It takes just 50 minutes to go to Milan by car,  Tuscany can be reached in about one hour and a half via the Cisa highway, it takes less than three hours to drive to Venice, less than two hours to reach the Adriatic Coast or,  if you like skiing, two hours and a half via highway to get to the very centre of Courmayeur, one of the most famous and renown skiing and panoramic resorts in Italy (Valle Dd’Aosta, Mont Blanc) where skiing is possible even in summer on the local glacier. The same can be said via the railway: it takes one hour and three quarters to go to Genoa or Turin, Freccia Rossa trains reach Bologna, Florence, Rome or Naples in no time, high speed trains take just over two hours to go to Rome. Therefore fabulous position for daily or weekend trips to well-known Italian resorts.
In the garden  there is a 86m deep well for watering or for a potential swimming pool.  In the rustic area there is an ex-barn perfect  for both its position and extension, to be turned into changing rooms with showers for a prospective swimming pool.
