The property is situated in Squillace’s (http://www.comune.squillace.cz.it/)  oldest street : Via Antico Senato  .The village is one of the most outstanding landmark of Calabria region , amid sweet hills and close to the sea.

The house is now belonging to three sisters and for that reason it need to be sold quickly.

The house has  two floors and two entrances.

• The first level, with a small open space and closed with private gate, overlooks one of the typical "medieval little sqares" flowered all year round. From here you can reach the majestic Norman castle overlooking the old village of Squillace; it's just 500m far away. From the entrance, through the hallway ( the small sqare) , you enter the living room, with a lovely sea view from the main window that embraces the entire Gulf of Squillace and Catanzaro Lido and to the bedroom. At this level are located the two rooms, a small closet and the staircase leading to the floor below.
• On the second level are placed the bathroom, the dining area and the kitchen.This floor is also equipped with a gate on the public  path with views of one of the most ancient church located in the city area.

There is a Marina in Catanzaro  (https://www.skylinewebcams.com/en/webcam/italia/calabria/catanzaro/porto-catanzaro-lido.html) for those interested in keeping a boat. We can give you the connection for getting access in. There is also the possibility to rent morot and sail boats.

The roof is in good condition even thought it's not new and it is realised in bend tiles.
Absolutely no leak of water from the roof. It doesn't need any refurbishment.

Just in case you will need to renew the house , being the owner an architect , she will help you for all your burocratic needs, paperworks etc.  She also has her own company working in building maintainance.

It's possible to have also a maintainance service as well if you don't need it all the house  you can rent it via Airbnb by getting some money for it. We can provide the  service on your behalf while not here. It can be therefore a good investment.

The airport Lamezia Terme (SUF) is just 50 Km far . From there are many int'sl connection with EU cities. The main train station is in Lamezia which link with several main destination in Italy. There are several night daily busses going to Rome, Florence, Milan, Bologna etc. just at Squillace Lido stop (4 Km) .

There is a panramic train route departing from Squillace Lido and going to and from Reggio di Calabria a few time a day.

Local busses are also on daily duty linking the many smal villages in the neightbour.

Finally, no fear for earthquake ; the house is builded on the top of solid rocks and unless a disaster will occour it will stay there for long time still.

You can realise it  by walking around the village. The buildings are all in very good condition. 

Its builded in thick solid brick walls . It won't move easily.
