The location is Santa Marinella, 70 km from Rome (reachable by train, coach, motorway), aslo known as the “Pearl of the Mediterranean Sea”, with a sea still concealing satisfactions for underwater fishing lovers, both from the shore and from a boat. Santa Marinealla also has 2 marinas, an archaeological area and is rich in both walking and horse paths. This is the spot where we propose the property at issue, 5 km from the town, standing on a 4-hectare plot of land. The house is a 2-story flat, 100 m² each one.
