Position: in an opened position on the slope of a green hill, near the Medieval hamlets of Marche. The house is situated in a very quiet place. Only 3 km from the supermarket, 5 km from the nearest town (Loro Piceno, famous for its vino cotto, a form of wine typical of the region) and 4 km from the natural reserve of the Fiastra's Abbey. It was established in 1984, it includes 1825 hectares of land that surrounds the Abbey of Chiaravalle di Fiastra that still shows clear traces of the long presence and work of the monks. Now the reserve is managed by the Foundation Giustiniani Bandini that has among its essential aims to protect the territory and its resources, to promote the scientific research and the activities of environmental education, to support the development of agricultural activity together with the most recent cultural and touristic activities, to defend the ancient Abbazia Cistercense, the building of the Prince and all the others precious historical-architectural testimonies of the past.

Condition: former farm house, well restored in 2000, built with exposed bricks (the ground floor needs to be restored). The property includes garage + adjacent rooms for 180 sqm
