Objektbeschreibung
This house is very young only 22 years old and from a structural point of view, there's nothing that needs to be settled!
The house is located In Italy at Ivrea, a pretty quiet city, in the Canavese region at the upper NW corner of the Piedmont wine area.
The city lies between the Alps and the sea and around it there are three large Italian cities: Turin, Milan and Genoa, where any kind of needs, even particulars, can surely be met.
Here, the life can flow slowly, health and food are great. Furthermore, history and culture are everywhere present. About this, please, see more interesting links at the end of this presentation but you can also find, much and more, within the Lonely Planet Guide: “Italy – Piedmont”.
In Italy it's very easy to be in touch with nine centuries of world history, because almost every little village hides a treasure!
Do you want an example?
A shocking example is "Verzuolo" castle, at only 1h 35min. of driving time from Ivrea city. In this castle was discovered, in 1882, the only existing copy in the world of the manuscript: "Tire Templar Chronicle". How to say, much of current knowledge about the history of the Crusades, knights Templars and other medieval military orders.
Today the Chronicle is kept at the Royal Library of Turin.
Currently, the house hosts 8 rooms and 3 bathrooms subdivided into a lot of floors as follows:
The basement hosts a cellar and a music room with its own secondary kitchen, suitable for entertainment with friends and for every kind of fun.
The ground floor hosts a traditional living room plus main kitchen and bathroom.
At the first floor are hosted two bedrooms and a bathroom, while at the attic are hosted another living room and bathroom.
The house has its own security system, autonomous heating system, double layer windows, insulated walls and roof, private garden and garage suitable for two cars, plus an external reserved parking area.
No extra charges are required to live in the house!
The total area of the property is 384 sqm. or 4133 sqft. subdivided as follows: the house 228 sqm. or 2454 sqft., the garage 21 sqm. or 226 sqft., the garden 135 sqm. or 1453 sqft.
To have a good idea of the proposed house, please, see the lot of high definition images submitted.
Many different views are available for each room.
Concerning the landscapes around the house, I also submitted a lot of high definition images taken during spring and summer 2017.
So, every observer can get an idea of the Canavese region and of the visible landscapes in the northwest of Italy.
The city of Ivrea is located just above the center of one of the best preserved morainic amphitheater of the entire Alps Mountains. Well-known over the world as: “The morainic amphitheater of Ivrea”.
The morphology of the Ivrea morainic amphitheater is the result of the quaternary glaciations. It consists of a wide complex of various moraines, about 500 square kilometers. In other words 500 square kilometers of hills and forests, where the best complex is represented by the left lateral moraine known as: “La Serra of Ivrea “. Altitude of the hills, varies from 200 meters to 850 meters. Please, see the submitted picture for the amphitheater.
This enormous complex of hills encircling a flat internal depression of about 200 square kilometers. The principal city within the flat internal depression is: Ivrea. In turn, the city is surrounded by some rocky hills known as: “The Colli of Ivrea”.
Between the natural and various glacigenic deposits and landforms, there are also a lot of morainic lakes. The water is, in fact, almost everywhere!
Near the city, there are five morainic lakes, ranging between medium to little surface extension.
All these five lakes can be reached in less than 30 minutes from the city center and at least one of these, is equipped for every kind of bathing and sporting activities.
Furthermore, at the end of the of the internal depression there are other two lakes, “Viverone” and “Candia”, whose great surfaces, allow any type of sporting activity from swimming to sailing.
Besides, the City is internationally known for the “IFC Canoe Slalom World Cup” since a natural and turbulent watercourse, the Dora river, crosses the historic heart of the city. See pictures!
The great amphitheater affects also the weather. So, in the Canavese region, excellent wines are produced, some of which are D.O.C. (Controlled Denomination of Origin) such as: “Erbaluce di Caluso D.O.C.”, “Caluso Passito D.O.C.”, “Caluso Spumante D.O.C.”, “Carema D.O.C”,” Canavese D.O.C. Nebbiolo”, “Canavese D.O.C. Bianco”, “Canavese D.O.C. Rosso”, “Canavese D.O.C. Rosato”.
Further south, towards the Mediterranean Sea, the Piedmont wine area produces other internationally well-known precious wines such as: “Nebiolo D.O.C.”, “Barbaresco D.O.C.”, “Barolo D.O.C.”, “Moscato D.O.C.”
From a geographical point of view, the city of Ivrea is well located. From here, anyone can easily reach many of the most interesting places in northern Italy, southern France and southern Switzerland.
Only two hour of driving time to reach Genoa, the Mediterranean Sea and the famous Italian Riviera. About three hours of driving time for the southern France: Nice, Marseilles, Cote d’azur, Lione. Two hours of driving time to reach Geneva in Switzerland. One hour of driving time for Stresa on the big "Maggiore lake” and about two hour for Como on the big “Como lake”.
Great Italian cities such as: Turin, Milan, Genoa, Bologna, Venice, Florence, Rome can be reached in the following intervals of driving time:
Turin: 30min, Milan: 1h 23min, Genoa: 1h 55min, Bologna: 3h 13min, Venice: 3h 38min, Florence: 4h 8min, Rome: 6h 51min.
Not forgetting that, the Canavese region borders the Aosta valley! Therefore, all mountain resorts and winter sports activities can easily be reached within one hour of driving time.
Finally, the Canavese territory is particularly suitable a wide variety of activities ranging from cultural to sport.
Among the cultural activities there are: prehistoric and middle age archeology, since the territory was intensely frequented first by the Celtic people and then by the Romans.
Among sports activities there are: skiing in winter, mountain biking in summer, but also climbing and horse riding, paragliding, canoeing, kayaking, bungee-jumping, hang-gliding, and water rafting. Without forgetting the hikes along nature trails of rare beauty. Please, see images submitted.
Not least the Canavese region, due to its particular geological history, can also attract collectors and mineral seekers, since its territory is rich in partially dismantled mining complexes, where many rare mineralogical varieties have been found.
