Access
The property has accessed directly from  its own pathway situated before the small village and   coming out the land of 1,5 hectars through the olive growes; so the privacy is preserved also during your movings

The views are gorgeous, looking out over rolling hills covered by woods and yellow oaks during the autumn.

This property is a perfect holiday home - cosy in winter with wonderful countryside to explore yet close to many places of interest such as Orvieto, Perugia, Assisi, Todi and Lake Trasimeno.  There are several public swimming pools nearby and it is only two hours drive to either coast for a day by the sea.
