Presently, the flat on the first floor (55 mq) has a studio with a kitchenette, a large bathroom, and a panoramic private terrace; the flat on the ground floor (83mq), which has a vaulted ceiling, has a main room giving to the kitchen and a toilet room. From the back of the kitchen, you access another room that is illuminated by a small window on the ceiling and is connected to another toilet room. Next to the mansion, there is a covered area that was used in the past as a stable. The mansion has an autonomous heating system. 
The mansion is nested in the legendary valley surrounding the volcanic crater lake Averno, described by classical authors Homer and Virgilio and is at walking distance from the sea (10 mins). Its fruit garden comprises, among others, orange, olive, apple, plum and apricot trees, wild blackberries, various spontaneous edible and medicinal plants. The property is also home to a variety of wild animals, including birds of prey, such as owls and falcons, foxes, hedgehogs and fireflies.
There are a number of facilities at walking distance from the mansion, including bakery, grocery shops, newspaper kiosks, a variety of restaurants, equipped beaches, thermal baths, and a public indoor swimming pool. The property is also close to a number of historical sites.
